Published Date: 18th June 2020
Clydebank Housing Association was established by local residents in 1984 and working in partnership with the Housing Corporation and with the Local Authority, set out to improve housing and regenerate the central and east areas of the town. The Association was registered with the Housing Corporation in January 1985 and so celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. The Association now manages in excess of 1700 properties and is committed to improve the social, economic and environmental circumstances of the local community.
Joe Farrell, Head of Housing Services for CHA, stated:
“We are delighted to be on board with the HomeMaster system which will provide an all-encompassing integrated Web Based Housing and Finance Management solution. All staff were in involved in the assessment process and they immediately realised the system was intuitive and easy to navigate. In addition, both our Management Committee and staff are satisfied that the new technologies employed by HomeMaster will enable us to enhance working practices and significantly improve the service and communication we provide to our tenants and owners. HomeMaster also has the inbuilt capability to produce the ARC returns in an auditable form directly from the system, which was another key aspect in our decision.”
