Designer Software has been founded by a team of housing professionals with the clear vision to deliver pioneering software solutions to Housing Providers.  The Company is harnessing the unrivalled knowledge and experience of its team members, with leading edge technological advances to deliver systems which are robust and fit for purpose for the digital age.

Ian Thompson (CEO) & Craig Brock (COO), who formed Designer Software, previously led the successful evolution of the first fully Microsoft .NET Housing Management System. The Company is also delighted to announce that Tony Dunn & John Jarman have taken senior development roles within the organisation. Both have in excess of 20 years’ experience in the development and delivery of solutions to the housing sector.

Designer Software are imminently launching HomeMaster, a new web-based Housing Management System, specifically designed for housing providers managing up to 2,500 units. CRM, Rents & Factoring will be released in early 2019. Service Charges & Repairs will follow later in the year. The technologies employed enable HomeMaster users to streamline current processes and permit staff to utilise the complete system on any device, be that mobile or tablet (both iOS & Android) and all PC browsers.

“It is without doubt that Housing Providers with up to 2,500 units have been overlooked. The software solutions currently available to them use old technology and existing suppliers have underinvested in their products. With HomeMaster the outdated business model of a large licence fee and upfront training and implementation costs has been discarded. In line with Microsoft’s business model, our customers are able to implement HomeMaster on a simple subscription basis.

Our team are passionate about delivering affordable, robust housing solutions fit for the digital age and there is no doubt that HomeMaster, for organisations up to 2,500 units, will set new standards for the sector.”

Ian Thompson, CEO of Designer Software Limited
